Job Description: We are looking for an outgoing person to generate prospects and convert them into customers.
About the Position:
- Generate leads and then convert leads / prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, General Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Hospitality Companies, Agents and Brokers.
- Maintain online presence with up-to-date information on social media.
- Assist in marketing efforts to generate leads.
- Help our customers throughout the sales and purchasing processes including preparing contracts, pricing and assisting with the closing.
- Keep customers updated on construction start and completion dates.
- Ensure model home and “For Sale” properties are in good and marketable condition at all times.
- Provide all customers and prospects with excellent service every time they come into the model and throughout the entire building process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development/new construction.
- Expertise in deploying effective sales methodologies.
- Proven ability to adapt strategies based on market segments.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Modular experience preferred
