We are seeking a Construction Sales Manager to join our team! You will develop leads to generate revenue for our company using the CRM platforms and your own contacts. We will also bid on government projects as well.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving sales and building long-term client relationships across both retail and commercial construction markets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction materials, products, and services, combined with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and commercial construction sectors.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and retail clients.

    • Present and promote products/services to new and existing customers.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Account Management

    • Maintain regular contact with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Provide pre- and post-sales support including pricing, quotes, and product recommendations.

    • Track client projects from inquiry through completion, acting as liaison between client and operations.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting

    • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

    • Report on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to sales management.

  • Collaboration

    • Work cross-functionally with project managers, estimators, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    • Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed.
