Job description

Radical Renovations LLC located in King of Prussia, PA is currently seeking a residential construction salesman to continue the growth of this highly desirable renovation company in the Bala Cynwyd, Penn Valley, Gladwyne, Villanova, Bryn Mawr, and surrounding areas.
Annual Salary $55K+
Work is in the Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and Delaware County regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals.
  • Develop new relationships within the residential community.
  • Perform all aspects of selling/closing a project.
  • Complete documents on time, such as customer proposals and construction bids, change orders, and weekly call reports. Knowledge of BuilderTrend or similar software.
  • Inspect, scope, photograph, and estimate projects.
  • Ensure all construction bids are consistent and eliminate embarrassing errors by creating a detailed construction proposal. Knowledge of costs of materials and labor.
  • Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design documents, i.e. prints.
  • Maintain acceptable profit margins.
  • Follow up on all outstanding RFPs and estimates with clients.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Show excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Organizational skills are a must.
