Job description

Our Client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead all revenue generation and sales execution across the East region: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. This leader oversees a five-person sales team, drives GC relationships, supports margin discipline, and ensures accurate forecasting across a long sales cycle environment. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned construction sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of five sales professionals across four states.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic GC relationships and active business development.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy within a 10–12 month sales cycle.
  • Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable for documentation, margin discipline, and Salesforce accuracy.
  • Support customer relationships at both the executive and field levels.
  • Oversee jobsite visits, PM engagements, and Lunch & Learns.
  • Enforce CRM-driven pipeline and forecasting processes.
  • Partner with estimating, preconstruction, and operations leadership.
  • Support expansion into the Carolinas and future hiring for that region.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

  • 5–10+ years leading construction sales or account teams.
  • Experience selling into General Contractors required.
  • Multifamily construction background preferred.
  • Strong command of RFIs, COs, submittals, scopes, and job workflows.
  • Proven success in managing multi-state territories.
