Construction Sales & Customer Service Representative


Position Overview:

Bettis Asphalt and Construction is looking for a Construction Sales Representative. The Construction Sales Representative is responsible for attaining and growing sales within the assigned market area. 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 


  • Grow sales within assigned market area for asphalt materials, aggregate sales, ready-mix concrete, trucking services, and other company offerings.
  • Represent the company professionally.
  • Travel regularly to engage with regulating bodies and promote sales across Kansas and the Kansas City Metro.
  • Assist with order taking, proposal preparation, truck scheduling, and other operational tasks to enhance customer service and sales.
  • Track bid proposals, maintain databases, and assist with accounts receivable functions.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts including social media management and advertising.
  • Ensure facilities are well-maintained and operated.
  • Provide post-sale customer service and participate in community organizations.


Requirements: 


  • Asphalt sales and aggregate sales experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
