Job Overview

Perform various aspects of carpentry work including:

Finish Carpentry • Rough Carpentry • Staining & finishing • Minor roof repairs • Minor drywall repairs • Hardware installation • Siding Repair • Insulation installation • May be asked to occasionally help with Emergency Services such as, water clean-up, board up, tarping, equipment set up and other emergency services, etc.

Job Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in home repair and remodeling • Knowledge of building codes and regulations • Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA) • Knowledge of woods and their uses and adaptability • Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry

Job Duties
• Understanding customer needs • Responding to change orders • Addition compensation for knowledge and ability to perform the following: light electrical, HVAC, plumbing, tile and granite, etc. • Managing peers (dividing job tasks, working as a team) • Managing or working with subcontractors • Recommending job improvements, alternative methods, etc. (problem-solving)

Ensure a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services. Must be dependable, possess strong time management skills, have a good driving record, and be able to pass a background screening.
