Client Advising: Consult with prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements and recommend tailored coverage options.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Policies Review: Review policies to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.

Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
