As a General Manager at Heavy’s Barburger, your responsibilities would include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving profitability. Specific duties may include:
1. Supervising and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
2. Hiring, training, and scheduling staff to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
3. Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and food quality.
4. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies to meet demand while minimizing waste.
5. Developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
6. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
7. Managing finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial reports to optimize profitability.
8. Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
10. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Additionally, you may be responsible for other duties as assigned by upper management or owners. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
