We are looking for a Senior Sales Administrator to join our team to be responsible for:


  • Sales reporting: Prepares reports and dashboards for sales management to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline activities: Analyzes sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; Generates sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts for management review; Provides ad hoc analysis and support to the sales team; Maintains and updates customer databases, including contact information, sales records, and interactions.
  • Order Processing: accurately process sales orders received from clients or sales representatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfillment.
  • Assists with data entry, order processing, and CRM maintenance.
  • Sales Support: Act as a point of contact for sales representatives, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing general support to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and manage inventory levels within Wilmar and with the customers.
  • Documentation: Prepare sales-related documents such as contracts, proposals, and presentations as needed. Creates sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process using PowerPoint.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of sales operations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Customer Service to support sales initiatives and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and after-sales support.
  • Administrative Support: Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, tradeshows and organizing meetings.


Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, sales administration, customer service, or related roles preferred; experience with selling or supporting large national accounts (automotive aftermarket chains).
  • Expert in Excel, with a strong background in analytics and creating dynamic dashboards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency in using relevant software and tools for sales administration tasks. Experience in Acumatica and PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is crucial in processing orders and maintaining records.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze sales data and trends to support decision-making.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Working with International customers preferred.
