Comfort Xpress of Delaware, OH is looking for a service-oriented and empathic part-time HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep to tend to our dispatch and office needs. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

In this part-time HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep position, you manage to marry efficient dispatching skills with exceptional customer service! You make it your goal to ensure clients are of utmost importance and our crew is well-informed and in the know. You keep open lines of communication with technicians and warehouses. Additionally, you schedule service appointments and accurately update files as needed.

Being naturally service-oriented, your skills as a CSR shine through as you work closely with clients and dispatch calls to our field technicians. You are good at prioritizing calls and sending the right tech to each job. You focus on scheduling efficiency and make sure to keep customers in the loop with progress and completion and to ensure we've exceeded expectations. Both customers and technicians trust and rely on you to keep jobs running smoothly!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current driver's license with a clean driving record
• Desire to invest time in training seminars and classes
• Competent knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
• Keeps a professional appearance
• Mechanical skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred, but not required. Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple office tasks effectively? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented?
