Responsibilities:
  • Strategically assign calls based on the key priority matrix: Call history, dispatch boards, Tech ability, equipment age, warranty, and routing.
  • Communicate with customers to schedule appointments, provide service updates, and resolve issues.
  • Check-in calls with the service technicians to assist technicians with close-out and dispatch to the next call.
  • Research and assign calls.
  • Responsible for maintaining the dispatch board with support from the Customer Service Department.
  • Participate in training as necessary.
  • Other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • At least two (2) years of Electrical, Plumbing or HVAC Dispatch Experience, preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceTitan), preferred.
  • Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer Skills
  • Must be able to work daily 7:00am-3:30pm.
  • Must be able to work at our Tualatin office.

Compensation: $21-$28 per hour
