Irvine General Contractor is currently seeking an organized, qualified, analytical On-Site Industrial/Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee all underground up disciplines on our LA, OC and IE projects. Must possess a verifiable track record of competed projects, the ability to prepare and track budgets and cost reports, strong budget control skills, familiarity with architectural drawings, space planning and equipment concepts. 2-3 years of Project Management experience with ethics and business practices. A detail oriented person with excellent written and verbal communication skills with and the ability to interact with clients and coworkers. Must be able to develop vendor scopes for multiple disciplines and project schedules to deliver projects on time and on budget. Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Projects experience. Will train in Sage if needed. Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or School of Hard Knocks are preferred.
