Business Office Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in our Pine Junction office. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, our projects and providing administrative support to various people. This is a full-time position 32-40 hours per week with competitive pay and opportunities for growth. Ideally a person with 2-3 years of office experience would be a great fit.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare Project paperwork
- Keep our Projects running on track and smoothly with time sensitive tasks
- Enter customer info into multiple databases
- Keep Projects organized and on track
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with basic data entry tasks using Excel and Access
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Answer voicemails and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- One Off Requests

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous experience working in an office
- Proficient in using computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and email platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

This is a 1099 position, you will have to account for your own taxes at the end of the year. We are located up the hill in Pine Junction, 1 minute off of 285 at Mt Evans Blvd.
