Part-Time File Clerk-Legal Records

Boutique, intellectual property downtown Denver law firm seeks a part-time file clerk to assist in duties related to hard copy file retention and destruction in order to reduce our physical file size storage space to prepare for a resize in our office footprint. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities include organizing documents, creating and managing case files based on firm guidelines, and closing files. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, detailed review of case-sensitive documentation; organizing documents in chronological and/or alphabetical order; setting up case file folders including subfolders; organizing document-intensive case notebooks and folders; photocopying and scanning if necessary.

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 0-2 year’s law firm experience or experience in a similar business setting. Preferred candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, and can work independently and with limited supervision.

Part-time, non-exempt position with hours of Mon-Thurs 10AM-5PM, Friday 10AM-4PM.

The pay rate is $20 per hour. Parking in the building garage is included.
