We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative and assistant functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
Write quotes/ contracts/ invoices for new projects as needed
Coordinate pick up schedule
Email communication with clients
Answer to phone calls
Follow up/ generate leads
Perform all other office + warehouse tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must drive own car and have a clean driving record
computer and social media savvy
Ability to provide Customer Service as needed
