Job Title: IT Infrastructure Analyst – USC or Green Card

Location: On-site Pittsburgh, PA 15222

Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

Job Description:

The job is responsible for the physical delivery and ongoing support of products/services, applications, network systems and overall solutions.

Performs tasks including, but not limited to:

Systems software upgrades, workstation setups and server configurations.
Maintains software and hardware inventories.
Provides operational support and analysis for the organizations information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers and storage devices.
Performs recovery procedures, scheduling and backups, and monitors batch processes.

Job Duties:

Diagnoses and resolves technical issues with hardware or software systems.
Responds promptly to queries and provides excellent customer service at all times.
Communicates via phone, in person or online chat to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
Determines the need for and subsequently provides system reconfiguration.
Assesses user needs and recommends technical solutions such as patches, upgrades or enhancements.
Documents technical support procedures and maintains customer records.
Completes thorough installations on the client environment by taking backups of data, upgrading systems as needed, and installing new software or hardware solutions.
Collaborates with senior team members; reviews and analyzes hardware and software needs; recommends changes and upgrades.
Communicates effectively with both technical and nontechnical personnel to solve issues.
Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• At least 2 years of experience required
