Job Summary:
TekSynap is a fast growing high-tech company that understands both the pace of technology today and the need to have a comprehensive well planned information management environment. They are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager to oversee the infrastructure operations environment, ensuring system uptime and compliance with various management processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manages the overall infrastructure operations environment, including system uptime, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery support.
• Direct daily NOC/SOC operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with availability, incident, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with System, Network, and Storage Engineers for proactive remediation.
• Maintain configuration documentation and monitoring dashboards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT Systems or Engineering.
• 8–10 years in IT operations leadership.
• Public Trust – Moderate Risk.
• U.S. Citizen
Preferred:
• ITIL v4 Foundation
• CompTIA Network+
• PMP
• AIOps experience
