  • Partner with business and IT leaders to rapidly and securely integrate acquired organizations into the Resonetics technology environment.

Financial Management & Risk Management

  • Partner with Cybersecurity leadership to implement infrastructure-related security improvements, vulnerability remediation activities, resilience enhancements, and risk reduction initiatives.
  • Communicate infrastructure risks, priorities, and investment recommendations effectively to both executive leadership and technical teams.
Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading IT due diligence and post-acquisition integrations.
  • Experience managing operating and capital budgets and developing business cases for technology investments.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, delegate, and successfully execute multiple critical initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams that include employees, consultants, and service providers.
Preferred Qualifications
