Job description

Job Purpose:

Provide technical support in the administration of the Bank’s IT Infrastructure and Network components. Collaborate on a variety of analytical and technical assignments focused on problem diagnosis and solutions, maintenance of hardware, software, and network products, Change Control implementation and documentation. The role is broadly split between providing day-to-day operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services, and project-based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical analysis, implementation, configuration, and upgrading of network infrastructure environments including Active Directory, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.

• Technical analysis, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of virtualized server infrastructure based on VMware.

• Technical analysis, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Servers and Storage infrastructure components.

• Implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Server technology and infrastructure platforms including Windows operating systems and Remote Desktop Services.

• Maintain network security infrastructure servers such as VPN gateways, firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).

• Support application servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, phones, mobile phones, software deployment.

• Assist end users in the Microsoft o365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Visio & Project)

• Business Continuity planning, execution, and documentation.

• Design, implement and support the cloud migration project.

• Lead the installation of the IT related applications and infrastructure in the data center and workstations.

• Lead the enhancement of the branch’s IT data center.

• Participate in remediating the IT security related vulnerabilities.

• Participate in ensuring that the Primary and Disaster Recovery sites are always up and running and ensuring that the DR site is equivalent to the primary site.

• Lead the initiative of enhancing the IT related account maintenance and regular support activities.


General:

• Ensure that IT procedures, policies and regulations are documented, updated, and implemented.

• Recommend and implement approved changes to IT procedures, policies, and practices.

• Meet with internal auditors and Information Security officers as required and provide responses to their inquiries.

• Responsible for implementation of audit, compliance and control policy procedures and recommendations.

• Adhere to all pertinent laws and regulations governing AML/CTF including the BSA/USAPA as well as all bank policy and procedures governing same.

• Successful and timely completion of all assigned training including ISO, HR, and BSA/AML/OFAC training.

• Additional duties and functions upon request.

• Stay current on all applications used in office. Train and respond to staff inquiries when needed.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology related disciplines or certification from an accredited Information Technology institution

• 6 years relevant experience in an information technology infrastructure role

• MSCE is preferred.

• Knowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory, Cloud, and network infrastructure.

• MS Suite proficiency
