Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day tasks involving cost control, cost accounting, analytical skills, finance, and cost management.
• Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll Clerk, and Accountant functions.
• Utilize analytical skills to comprehend financial data for effective decision-making.
• Manage cost-related activities, ensuring optimal financial efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain accurate cost accounting for fixed assets and inventory.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests and present well-informed recommendations to management.
• Conduct month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting; CPA, CMA, and NS Certification preferred.
• 3+ years of financial analysis and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with NetSuite in a manufacturing setting.
• Paylocity experience is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
