Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Representative to actively represent our Laser R&D division. The ideal individual will have a strong background in the laser processing industry and possess the ability to sell both equipment and products. This role will involve selling custom-built laser equipment into the OEM and subcontract industry while also supporting and benefiting from part sales.

Responsibilities:

Actively represent EPTAM Precision's Laser R&D division in the market.
Sell custom-built laser equipment to OEMs and subcontractors.
Identify and target potential customers within the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding laser processing applications.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively position EPTAM Precision's products and services in the market.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales within the laser processing industry.
Strong understanding of laser processing technologies and applications.
Engineering background highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Benefits:

This is an independent representative of EPTAM.
The independent manufacturers representative would be paid through a very generous commission-only structure based on revenues realized.
