Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Esthetician / Laser Technician

Our privately owned Plastic Surgery practice in North Dallas is expanding our clinical team and searching for a skilled and motivated Esthetician/Laser Technician to operate our advanced energy-based devices, including the AVAVA MIRIA fractional laser and the Cynosure XERF monopolar radiofrequency platform.
Our practice serves patients from the DallasFort Worth area as well as from across the country, offering highly personalized care in a thoughtfully designed clinical environment. We take pride in running an organized, efficient practice where patients feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit.
This role is best suited for an experienced Esthetician or Laser Technician who takes initiative, has a strong clinical eye, and wants to be part of a patient-focused practice that invests in cutting-edge aesthetic technology.

Compensation & Growth

$25.00 $32.00 per hour, depending on experience
Commission-based compensation on treatments and retail product sales, in addition to hourly pay
Cost-sharing medical insurance, practice covers premium at 75%
100% covered dental and vision insurance
10 PTO days/year + 6 paid federal holidays

Schedule

Full-time position: 5 days per week
Practice hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm

Position Overview

As our Esthetician/Laser Technician, you will play a central role in delivering our non-surgical aesthetic services and be closely involved in day-to-day operations, including:
Performing laser and energy-based treatments using the AVAVA MIRIA fractional laser, Cynosure XERF monopolar radiofrequency device, and other in-office technology
Delivering customized facials, chemical peels, microneedling, DiamondGlow, and other advanced skincare services
Conducting thorough skin consultations and developing personalized treatment plans aligned with each patients goals
Educating patients on pre- and post-care protocols to ensure optimal outcomes and safety
Recommending appropriate medical-grade skincare and supporting product sales as part of the patient experience
Charting accurately and efficiently in the EMR, including treatment settings, parameters, and clinical photography
Maintaining device logs, calibration records, and consumable inventory for all energy-based platforms
Turning over rooms, restocking supplies, and helping maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Pitching in where needed to help the day run smoothly as part of a collaborative team

Requirements

Current Texas Esthetician license required; Laser Hair Removal Professional certification or equivalent laser certificationrequired

Recent experience operating energy-based devices (laser, RF, or IPL) in a medical aesthetic setting required

Experience in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or medspa practice strongly preferred

Familiarity with fractional laser resurfacing and/or monopolar radiofrequency treatments preferred
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor required
Comfortable communicating professionally with patients, providers, and team members in person and by phone
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, well-groomed appearance appropriate for a polished medical setting
Discretion and respect for patient privacy are essential
Comfortable taking initiative and working as part of a team
