Job description

Revive Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Licensed Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our growing aesthetics and wellness practice.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an established professional who is confident in the treatment room, passionate about skin health and aesthetics, comfortable educating patients and recommending comprehensive treatment plans, and motivated to build long-term patient relationships.

Our ideal candidate understands that exceptional aesthetics is about more than performing a service—it is about assessing the patient, understanding their goals, developing a plan, delivering an outstanding experience, and helping them achieve results that keep them coming back.

Position Responsibilities

The Aesthetician / Laser Technician will:

  • Perform aesthetic treatments within Texas scope of practice and Revive protocols.
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations and skin assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient concerns, goals, skin type, budget, and appropriate treatment options.
  • Perform laser and energy-based treatments for which the employee is appropriately trained, certified, and authorized.
  • Provide advanced aesthetic and skin treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, skin resurfacing treatments, and other services offered by Revive.
  • Educate patients regarding appropriate skincare, treatment expectations, pre- and post-treatment care, and long-term skin health.
  • Confidently recommend professional skincare products and complementary treatments when clinically appropriate.
  • Rebook patients and help establish appropriate treatment schedules and maintenance plans.
  • Build and maintain a loyal patient following through excellent results, communication, follow-up, and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient's medical record.
  • Follow all infection-control, safety, HIPAA, OSHA, and practice protocols.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and appropriate inventory standards.
  • Participate in staff training, continuing education, events, open houses, promotions, and practice initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Revive's medical providers and patient concierge team to create a seamless patient experience.
  • Participate in educational and promotional content for the practice, including occasional photos, videos, and social media content.
  • Contribute positively to the overall growth and success of the practice.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Current Texas license applicable to the position.
  • Appropriate laser credentials/certifications for services performed.
  • Previous professional experience in aesthetics, medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, or a comparable aesthetic setting.
  • Hands-on experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments.
  • Strong understanding of skin health, skincare ingredients, treatment indications, contraindications, and patient safety.
  • Excellent consultation and patient-education skills.
  • Ability to confidently recommend treatments and products without creating a high-pressure sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Dependable, organized, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of individual performance and patient retention.

Highly Preferred:

  • Established experience as a laser technician.
  • Experience with IPL, laser hair reduction, skin resurfacing, microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced facial treatments.
  • Experience with medical-grade skincare.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a patient following and achieve strong rebooking and retention.
  • Experience working toward individual or team performance goals.
  • Existing local clientele or strong ties to the Waxahachie/Ellis County community is a plus.

The Person Who Will Thrive at Revive

We are looking for someone who is experienced, coachable, driven, warm, professional, and accountable.

You should genuinely enjoy connecting with patients—but also understand that Revive is a business. Successful team members are comfortable discussing treatment options, recommending home-care products, rebooking patients, following up on treatment plans, and helping the practice grow.

We want someone who sees an open spot on the schedule and thinks, “What can I do to help fill it?” rather than simply waiting for the next appointment.

You should be excited about continuing education, learning new technologies and protocols, creating exceptional patient experiences, and being part of a team that holds itself to a high standard.

Our Core Values

Everything we do at Revive is built around five core values:

Growth — We continuously learn, improve, and look for ways to become better.

Accountability — We take ownership of our responsibilities, performance, and patient experience.

Integrity — We do what is right for the patient and the practice, even when no one is watching.

Teamwork — We support one another and understand that the patient experience belongs to the entire team.

Passion — We genuinely care about aesthetics, wellness, our patients, and the work we do.

What Revive Offers

  • Established aesthetics and wellness practice with an existing patient base
  • Advanced aesthetic technology and treatment options
  • Medical-provider support
  • Professional skincare and treatment resources
  • Ongoing education and training opportunities
  • Collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to grow professionally and financially based on performance
  • Employee treatment/product benefits as applicable
  • Opportunity to participate in new treatment launches, events, and practice growth

Schedule

Schedule will be determined based on practice needs and candidate availability. Some flexibility for later hours, special events, training days, or occasional promotional events may be required.

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience, credentials, skills, schedule, and demonstrated ability to build and retain a patient base.

Additional performance-based compensation opportunities may be available based on the position and compensation structure.

How to Apply

Please submit your résumé along with a brief introduction telling us about your aesthetic experience, the treatments and technologies you are most comfortable performing, and why you believe you would be a great fit for Revive Aesthetics & Wellness.

We are especially interested in candidates who are looking for more than simply their next job. We want someone who wants to become an important part of the Revive team, build lasting patient relationships, continue developing professionally, and grow with the practice.
