Tier 2 Call Center Customer Service Specialist

We are currently hiring for online banking specialists in the west plains area.

What will you be doing?

● Assist clients with online banking questions and issues while ensuring positive resolution and exceptional customer service

● Answer incoming customer/branch inquiries and account maintenance requests and researching/resolving problems and errors in a timely manner. Resolve EFT disputes

● Provide tier 2 telephone and e-mail support to internal and external clients

● Process applications for Online Banking and Bill Payer

● Perform data entry and file maintenance to deposit accounts and online/mobile banking profiles. Activate accounts and assess fees

● Perform Start-of-Day and End-of-Day processing within deadlines

● Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations

● Possess effective selling, cross selling, and referral skills
