Job Description
AM Law 100 Firm's Los Angeles office is seeking an Associate to join its Labor & Employment practice.
Requirements
- Experience with a full array of labor & employment issues, including: defense of claims pending before state and federal courts; union management relations; reductions in force; employment contracts negotiations; policies and employee benefits programs; and counseling human resource managers and supervisors regarding employee matters and compliance issues
- Excellent working knowledge of California and federal employment statutes and regulations required.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background
- 3-4 years of experience
- Active member of the California bar
- The annualized salary range for this position is $260,000 to $310,000
