Bookkeeper Accountant

We are currently seeking a skilled Bookkeeper Accountant to join our team. This position will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to high standards of client service and excellence in financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Manage bookkeeping and payroll services for a diverse clientele.
• Facilitate and prepare tax returns and other tax-related documents.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and organize their financial information.
• Utilize QuickBooks and ProSeries software to manage clients’ accounts.
• Address client inquiries and provide timely and insightful advice to assist with their financial decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all ethical guidelines of accounting practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a client-facing accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and ProSeries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
