Your Role: Senior Director of Property Management/Asset Services As a Senior Director, you'll lead our property management and asset services team to ensure the smooth operation of our properties. From overseeing property management functions to financial reporting and tenant relations, you'll play a vital role in driving our success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Property management functions including physical inspections and overseeing third-party building engineers.
- Financial reporting and budget preparation.
- Tenant relations and community engagement.
- Property operations and tenant improvement support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum BS or BA degree in business, architecture, or engineering.
- 7+ years of proven success in asset/property management, preferably in R&D laboratory and technical facilities.
- Experience with HVAC and Building Management Systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and ability to learn proprietary software systems.
