Frndly TV seeks a data-driven and tech-savvy Jr. Programming Operations Analyst to manage our cloud playout channels and ensure a seamless streaming experience. You'll create programming lineups, monitor content quality, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement solutions to keep our customers smiling. The ideal candidate will understand streaming technology, content programming, product management, and customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Frndly TV's proprietary channels, ensuring efficient scheduling & playout operations
• Document and maintain baseline functionalities of systems, create solutions, and implement them
• Manage playout operations, including scheduling, timing, and monitoring of streaming TV content
• Review reports on performance, identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for streaming content
• Monitor live streams and VOD playback, promptly addressing technical issues
• Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of streaming platforms and CDNs
• Ensure compliance with platform regulations, content restrictions, and licensing agreements
• Track and analyze streaming performance metrics
• Coordinate internal technical teams to ensure successful content delivery processes
• Enter & review programming metadata to ensure 100% accuracy
• Collaborate with multiple teams to maintain an accurate content schedule
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to execute projects and report product defects
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to enhance the customer engagement process
• Collaborate with other Product team members, our Yupp Partners, Customer Experience team, and Marketing teams
  
  

Requirements

• 1-5 years of relevant work experience
• One year of product experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to build consensus with stakeholders and implement new processes
• Able to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work with minimal supervision, multi-task, and work under pressure

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: (Salaried, Exempt) $40,000 - $60,000. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, including a bonus and equity potential!
