Job Details

As the Director of Perioperative Services, you will:

Be responsible for oversight of the operational management, leadership, professional development and quality of care delivery of our surgical services
Provide strong, consistent leadership to the interdisciplinary team
Work collaboratively to develop and implement plans for maintenance and improvement
Conduct ongoing system effectiveness evaluations

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Master's degree preferred, or to obtain within 5 years of hire date
5 years of experience in OR, perianesthesia or GI
Proven record of coaching and mentoring a team
RN required upon hire
BLS
CNOR or other noted certification applicable to job function required within one year of hire
