Seeking a knowledgeable, experienced and motivated individual for immediate hire at a well-known and reputable property management company. Individual will be responsible for general maintenance including but not limited to :
Painting, minor plumbing, sheet rock repair, minor electrical, pressure washing and landscaping.

Must have 2 years experience and references. Pay to be determined by experience. 1 week paid vacation after a year of employment. Paid holidays off. Performance bonuses
