```Role
As a Quality Manager in Plastics Injection Molding (also known as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager), you'll be responsible for implementing effective quality systems to ensure compliance and zero defects. You will manage daily operations of the Quality Department, implement training programs, oversee corrective/preventative action processes, and ensure all quality documentation is maintained and current. You'll also have the authority to meet customer standards, support other management staff, and engage in Lean Manufacturing activities.

- Minimum of 8 years’ quality management related experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, write reports, and present information effectively.
- Proficiency in Injection Molding Experience and Injection Molding Machine.
- Strong functional knowledge of Quality Standards.
- Fundamental computer skills.
