Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to support supplier quality and quality systems activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, monitoring supplier performance, managing quality agreements, and driving continuous improvement across supplier quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain supplier quality scorecards and performance metrics.
  • Monitor, analyze, and trend supplier quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, review, and manage Quality Agreements with suppliers.
  • Support supplier quality programs and ensure compliance with GMP and corporate quality standards.
  • Utilize SAP and quality management systems to maintain supplier quality records.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues.
  • Support quality system initiatives, documentation, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, reporting, and quality intelligence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Quality experience in pharmaceutical, biologics, medical device, or combination product manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in Supplier Quality and Supplier Controls.
  • Hands-on experience preparing supplier scorecards and tracking/trending supplier quality metrics.
  • Experience creating and managing Quality Agreements.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
