We are hiring for a Mortgage Post Closing Specialist to join our Mortgage Closing department! The Mortgage Post Closing Specialist primarily performs final reviews of closed loan files for accuracy in meeting all underwriting and closing conditions for compliance with investor and CFB guidelines, policy and procedures. The Mortgage Post Closing Specialist ensure timeliness, accuracy and at productivity levels established by management for this entry level position. Maintains thorough knowledge of lending programs, CFB policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics and complying with all Federal and State compliance policies. Additionally, this position provides support to Mortgage Closing Representatives, when necessary.
