Sales Estimator

MUSK Construction is looking for an experienced California–based Sales Representative to sell bathroom and kitchen remodeling services in the Bay Area, CA.

Now we are looking for another one, who will complement our team and help strengthen it!

Responsibilities:

1. On-site remodeling estimate conduction

2. Client proposal creation

3. Quote presentation (on-site, in-person)

4. Transferring the client to the design team

5. Contract presentation in person

6. Contract Follow-up and Signing

7. Change Order negotiations

Job Requirements:

•Sales Experience up to 1 year in US in construction;

•Great negotiation skills;

•Fluent English

Conditions:

* Full-time or part-time work.

* W2 or W9 employment, paying only commission, no hourly payments.

* Compensation based on the % of implemented projects job total.

* From $5,000 to $16,000 (and more) monthly (It depends on the number and amount of sold contracts)
