Salary Hiring Range: $103,000-127,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)
NOTE: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, FLSA: Exempt
Career Summary:
Provides managerial services for research and psychometric work regarding ANCC certification, ensuring assessments are valid, reliable, and legally defensible. Provides oversight of project timelines and associated budget, quality, and accreditation requirements for all assessment development activities.
Education:
Master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in industrial-organizational (I/O) psychology, testing and measurement, psychometrics, research and statistics, or related field.
Work Experience:
Five (5) years in assessment development or psychometrics. Five years of teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring others. Three years of project management and staff management or team lead experience.
Skills:
- Test construction, development of alternative items, and test validation
- Job analysis; research design and completion, survey development and administration, and data analysis
- Meeting facilitation
- Oral and written communication
- Use of office computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS)
- Staff and project management
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Public relations and customer service
- Technical report writing
Work Schedule:
Hybrid: Employees are required to work a minimum of 20% in an ANA office.
