REGISTERED NURSE - PART TIME
Assists the Executive Director and/or Director of Health and Wellness to oversee and coordinate health care and custodial services for all Mira Vie residents.
Assists the Director of Health and Wellness and/or Assistant Director of Wellness in the operation of the Wellness Center. Duties include developing a health care service plan for residents who require health care services, assisting with the reassessment of health care service plans semi-annually or when resident's condition changes. Documents all activity in resident's record. Assists with monitoring the daily condition of the residents during wellness checks and as needed. Performs review of medications on each resident during wellness checks. Monitors medication storage and usage. Helps to identify residents needing referral to a physician; makes the appropriate referral. Advises the Director of Health and Wellness of any occurrences outside of normal operating routines in the residence. Occasionally travels to perform assessments for prospective new residents.
Must have a current, valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
All candidates are required to conduct a physical & drug screen.
