Energy Litigation Attorney, Counsel or Partner

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm seeks a litigation attorney with robust renewables experience to complement the Firm’s current energy practice. This attorney will counsel clients on various renewables projects, with an emphasis on facilities operations and power purchase agreements. Knowledge of wind, solar, hydroelectric and fuel cell facilities, smart grid and energy storage, and energy efficiency and demand-side management are preferred. Candidate should have 10+ years of experience and a portable book of business. A commitment to client service, interpersonal collaboration, and effective communication are required. Must have a JD degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Will work in-office in any of the firm's offices which include Atlanta, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Charleston, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Columbia, Denver, Houston, Jackson, Jacksonville, Memphis, Mobile, Montgomery, Nashville, New Orleans, Sarasota, Tallahassee, Tampa, and Washington DC.
