Operations Support Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated operations support specialist to provide operational support to the wholesale, e-commerce & finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the wholesale, e-commerce & finance teams
• Utilize multiple systems and tools to manage customer accounts with overdue balances effectively
• Resolve customer escalations through decisive problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Monitor online listings for MAP violations and communicate with customers to correct listings, maintaining detailed records of violations
• Identify and report knockoff listings online, documenting them thoroughly and notifying relevant team members and attorneys
• Assist with wholesale customer orders as necessary
• Order warehouse and office supplies as requested
• Answer and address phone calls from customers and sales representatives
• Participate in cross-training with wholesale and e-commerce customer service teams to provide comprehensive support
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience required
• Great customer service skills and motivation to be successful
• Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent computer skills required
• Excellent phone presence
• Great communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong time management skills
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented
