Inside Sales Representative - Industrial

CRP is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support the outside sales and customer service team to help maximize sales and profitability. As a team member, you will be instrumental in helping the Industrial Division achieve sales targets, optimize sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with other sales managers, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and drive growth.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance and metrics, and provide feedback and guidance to improve results

· Maintain and implement sales best practices, processes, and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

· Execute sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets

· Foster collaboration with other sales professionals, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities

What you will need

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

· At least 5 years of sales experience with a preference for the industrial sector

· At least 2 years of sales management experience, preferably in an inside sales environment

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team

· Experience in using CRM, Outlook, Salesforce, Sage and other sales automation tools

· Comprehensive understanding of industrial products and their respective markets
