We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team in the Lakewood Ranch, FL corporate office. In this role, you will be responsible for assigning leads and handle/disperse all incoming calls for our Inside Sales department.  The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable and possess excellent communication skills. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:  

  • Scheduling virtual In-home estimates for Inside Sales Department 

  • Calling leads/Directing Calls 

  • Managing Calendars - working in Outlook 

  • Basic customer service and call routing to appropriate department 

Skill Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in inside sales, customer service or telemarketing role. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • Must be a self-starter.
