The Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned customer base, managing quote requests, purchase orders, customer inquiries, and sales opportunities. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales growth through responsive support, product guidance, and proactive communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales Support
  • Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process quote requests, purchase orders, and order-related requests.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Quoting & Order Management
  • Prepare accurate quotes using ERP systems and vendor information.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to gather quoting information.
  • Recommend alternative products or solutions when appropriate.
  • Process customer orders accurately and provide timely order acknowledgments.
  • Monitor order status and communicate estimated ship dates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer, product, and order records.
Warehouse & Material Handling Support
  • Receive and record incoming inventory.
  • Pick, package, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation.
Qualifications
