HOA FINANCIAL MANAGER
* Monthly bank reconciliations for 40-50 + Residential Community Associations (HOAs and Condos).
* Prepare financial reporting including balance sheets, budget variances, income statements, aged receivables and check registers.
* Monthly ACH transmission and confirmation.
* AP/AR entries.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Annual Budget Formulation.
* Facilitate end year audit with Board approved CPA If needed, occasional attendance of HOA Board of Directors meetings.
Requirements and Preferences :
* Minimum of 5 years of finance experience required.
*HOA Experience required.
* Experience working with Community Associations strongly preferred.
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business area a plus.
