Company Information:

We are seeking for full-time Sale Associate and Assistant Manager with estimating and sales experience. We offer a competitive base rate and commission.

General Requirement:

Candidate must be able to work in a team environment, energetic, goal-oriented & willing to be flexible, and deliver exceptional customer service. A candidate with computer experience & proficient knowledge of 20-20 Design Software & Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. A candidate with knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

Required Skills/Experience:

· Self-starter and the ability to work independently

· Have a positive can-do attitude with the motivation to achieve sales goals

· Ability to follow up with customers & close deals

· Provide updates & keep consistent communication with installers & customers to assure on-time project completions

· Excellent time management, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and troubleshooting skills

· Excellent written/verbal communication skills

· Solid technical experience with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal skills

· Min. 2 years of Kitchen & bath sale experience with proficient knowledge of modular cabinet design
