Job Description
We are working with a leading plaintiff firm that is growing their first party property group has an immediate opening for a motivated and hard working attorney with 1-3 years in First Party Property.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting discovery responses
- Engaging in motion practice
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Attending hearings
To apply you must have the following qualifications:
- Florida Bar
- 1 to 3 + years of First Party Property experience in plaintiff or defense
- Experience in conducting and defending depositions
- Federal court experience is a plus but not required
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
