Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new clients to expand our customer base.Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating new business.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the insurance industry.Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing management, ideally within the insurance industry.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and a track record of building and leading successful teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Client Focus: Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technologies to support sales and marketing activities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
