Job Location: Maryland/Remote
Requirements: Bachelors, 5+ Years experience in Clinops; past experience with autoimmune; fluency in Mandarin

What You Will Be Doing

As the Sr. CTM , you will:

- Develop clinical study protocols from phase I-III
- Monitor data (remote and onsite) with a focus on data integrity, patient safety, and in compliance with country regulations
- Create trial protocols
- Train staff on therapeutic areas, protocol requirements, proper source documentation and case report form completion
- Plan day-to-day activities for study monitoring and setting priorities by site
- Prepare for and conduct qualification, study initiation, interim monitoring, and close-outs visits at investigator sties
- Liaise with ethics committee regarding rights, safety and well-being of trial subjects
