We are looking to hire a Business Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Oversight of Scheduler, Concierge, and Clinical Liaison
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
Great team! Great purpose! Great hours! This position would be ideal for working moms or dads! Hours are 9am-3pm Monday-Friday.
Boston Center for Memory's core mission is to provide: 1) education for patient's, families/caregivers, and professionals 2) multi-specialty treatment utilizing a treatment team approach 3) follow up care to meet the patients and family/caregiver's needs, and 4) research to provide better diagnostics for detection and better treatments for patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer's disease, and related dementias.
