This position is 100% on site in Lincoln, AL

Pay rate: $26.08/hr

What will you be doing as a Desktop Support?

Supporting the production floor to reduce IT related downtime

Responsibilities/Duties:

Answer radio calls concerning IT issues that impacts the manufacturing of units
Document the calls by creating a ITSM incident ticket
Create timelines for incidents that last more than 10 minutes
Install Production software
Replace Production hardware
Manage Line Support projects
Crisis management and escalation

Skills we are seeking:

Knowledge of Incident ticketing systems
A+ Certified
Netplus Certification
Knowledge and experience troubleshooting Windows 10
Experience installing complex software
Detail oriented
Ability to multitask
Working knowledge of Linux Ubuntu
Experience with troubleshooting Zebra and Lexmark printers
Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Shift Times - (Three Shift Monthly Rotation)
1st: 06:00 - 14:30
2nd: 16:00 - 00:30
3rd: 22:00 - 06:30

Lunch Breaks: 30 minutes

Note: Shifts may change based on the production schedule. The job may require someone to work Saturday, Sunday, and holidays based on need. Overtime is required with this position.
