The NetSuite Administrator will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Job Overview

The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that Mizzen+Main's financial systems are integrated with our suite of supporting tools, including commerce applications (Shopify, NuOrder), 3rd Party WMS (Manhattan) and custom-developed solutions. He/She will help drive the integration, automation, and continued optimizations of our Enterprise systems. This individual is comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with shifting demands and effectively prioritizes the requirements of competing projects. The NetSuite Administrator is willing and able to dive into the details and is able to summarize appropriately when communicating outside of the team. They must communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure they understand enterprise-wide strategic priorities and that our Enterprise systems are meeting the needs of the organization.

We are looking for someone who will own the administration, maintenance, and coordinate development of our NetSuite implementation, as well as managing integrations with related enterprise tools, including e-commerce and finance systems. The NetSuite Administrator will be based in Dallas, serve as a key member within the organization, reporting to the CFO and have an IT associate direct report.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • NetSuite Application
    • Maintain the NetSuite application and other related third-party business applications for internal users
    • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools / applications and new NetSuite modules based on evolving business needs
    • NetSuite SME for managing NetSuite updates, troubleshooting of system errors and resolution and maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integrations
    • Hands-on experience with EDI implementation: configuring, and troubleshooting.
    • Assimilate and maintain integrations with 3rd party applications (Shopify, NuOrder, Boomi, Manhattan WMS, Bill.com, etc.)
  • Partnership with business team
    • Provide internal NetSuite Cases support (new saved searches, reports, KPI's, and dashboards, user roles, etc.)
    • Assist with data analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, and improvement/simplification initiatives
    • Create business and technical documentation – customizations, workflows, and business processes, and keeping all documentation up to date
  • Monthly Business Operations
    • Responsible for executing Technology Solutions tasks within the monthly update process
  • Manage and supervise the Jr. IT associate.
Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • NetSuite Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience with ERP administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments, specifically with NetSuite
    • SuiteScripting experience is required with sufficient experience to contribute to, troubleshoot and debug our existing SuiteScript repository
    • Knowledge of NetSuite Finance would be advantageous, though not required
    • Knowledge of scripting and webservices a plus
  • Administrator-level knowledge
    • Custom records and objects, csv imports, page layouts, workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards
    • Familiarity with Roles and Permissions
  • Additional Knowledge & Skills
    • 2-3 years experience with the DellBoomi platform, specifically with integrations from and to NetSuite primarily around the Order to Cash process
    • Extensive experience with end to end EDI transactions, set up, testing, and troubleshooting across all EDI transaction types including, but not limited to, 850, 855, 856, 846, 841, 840 and 810.
    • Demonstrate wide business domain exposure and experience in Finance, Accounting, CRM, etc.
    • Ability to analyze problems, develop and recommend solutions and resolve issues
    • Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment that places a strong premium on integrity, excellence, execution and teamwork
    • Well-organized, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy
    • Project management, system implementation and system integration experience
    • Familiarity with business and e-commerce processes
    • Ability to remain professional and flexible while under pressure
    • A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
    • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Comfortable working with all layers of the organization and communicating effectively
    • Comfortable with Apple platform/software

Education and Experience:

  • College degree in related field and/or NetSuite Certified Administrator
  • 5-8 years ERP experience—implementations and upgrades
  • 5+ years NetSuite OneWorld experience
  • Experience using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and script execution logs
  • Experience managing integrations to NetSuite with applications such as Shopify, Boomi, 3P WMS, and Bill.com
