Job description

NetSuite Admin – Waco, TX

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Admin with strong expertise in WMS, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and warehouse operations to deliver scalable solutions within a NetSuite environment.


This role requires a hands-on NetSuite administrator/developer who can partner closely with Operations stakeholders, translate warehouse and manufacturing requirements into well-structured system solutions, and deliver clean, maintainable configurations and customizations using NetSuite best practices.


Position Details:

Location: Waco, TX (Hybrid) - Onsite 3 days a week

Type: 6-month contract or Contract to hire

$70-80 Per Hour



Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop NetSuite solutions supporting warehouse management, inventory control, manufacturing, receiving, fulfillment, material movement, and shop-floor operations.
  • Translate business requirements across Warehouse, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations into scalable NetSuite configurations and customizations.
  • Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Develop and maintain operational reporting using SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs for inventory, receiving, fulfillment, work orders, material movement, and warehouse performance.
  • Support integrations using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST) and external middleware where applicable.
  • Ensure solutions maintain inventory accuracy, transaction integrity, traceability, and operational controls across locations, bins, lots, serials, and manufacturing transactions.
  • Support and improve end-to-end warehouse and manufacturing processes including receiving, putaway, picking, bin transfers, inventory adjustments, cycle counting, work order issue, work order completion, and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement practical NetSuite solutions.
  • Follow NetSuite best practices and avoid unnecessary customization when standard functionality can meet the business requirement.

Required qualifications

  • 10+ years of NetSuite development or administration experience.
  • Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.x (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce).
  • Experience with SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteBuilder custom fields, records, forms, and configurations.
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite WMS, Inventory Management, Advanced Inventory, Manufacturing, Work Orders, BOMs, Routings, bins, locations, and inventory transactions.
  • Experience supporting operational reporting, saved searches, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics for warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, material movement, receiving, fulfillment, cycle counting, and manufacturing execution processes.
  • Experience with integrations using SuiteTalk or REST APIs.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot operational issues, and deliver solutions end-to-end.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite WMS, RF-SMART, or other mobile warehouse execution solutions in multi-location environments.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations including BOMs, routings, WIP, work order issue/completion, backflush, material staging, and production inventory movements.
  • Experience designing operational controls and reporting for inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, transaction exceptions, and traceability.
  • Experience supporting barcode scanning, bin management, lot/serial control, cycle counts, and warehouse process optimization.
  • Exposure to middleware platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
