This role serves as the internal subject-matter expert and primary escalation point for all NetSuite-related requests, supporting a multi-module implementation that includes NetSuite ERP, Planning & Budgeting, Projects, Merchandising, SuiteCommerce, and Finance. The Administrator will work closely with functional stakeholders, technical team members, and executive leadership to ensure system integrity, data security, and continuous improvement of business processes.
*This position requires being on-site five days per week. Occasional travel to store locations or vendor/partner sites may be required.*
Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain all NetSuite environments (Production, Sandbox, Development), including configuration, customization, and ongoing tuning.
  • Create, manage, and maintain NetSuite Centers - custom centers, roles, and dashboards - aligned to departmental functions and user needs.
  • Design, build, and manage both standard and custom roles and permission sets, ensuring least-privilege access principles are applied consistently.
  • Conduct regular audits of roles, permissions, workflows, SuiteScripts, and saved searches to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with company confidentiality policies.

  • Own and enforce NetSuite access control policies, ensuring sensitive financial, operational, and personnel data is protected in accordance with company confidentiality standards.
  • Lead periodic access reviews and role recertification processes; remediate findings promptly.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations leadership to define and maintain appropriate access levels by role and department.
  • Monitor system activity logs and audit trails for anomalous access or configuration changes.
  • Serve as the escalation contact for technical and super users requesting the development of workflows, SuiteScripts (SuiteFlow, SuiteScript 1.0/2.x), and advanced saved searches.
  • Design, build, and test workflows and scripts that automate business processes and reduce manual effort across ERP, Finance, Merchandising, and SuiteCommerce modules.
  • Review and quality-control customizations developed by internal or external resources prior to deployment.
  • Maintain a library of reusable scripts, templates, and workflow components for long-term scalability.
  • Support the ongoing NetSuite implementation, working alongside implementation partners, internal project managers, and functional teams across ERP, Planning & Budgeting, Projects, Merchandising, SuiteCommerce, and Finance modules.
  • Assist with data migration, integration configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live cutover activities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users and the implementation partner during active project phases.
  • Manage and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems, including middleware platforms, APIs, and SuiteIntegrator/REST-based connectors.
  • Provide integration support and troubleshooting for WMS connectivity; direct experience with Infios (formerly Körber) WMS integration is highly preferred.
  • Support integration touchpoints with Oracle Retail platforms, including Customer Engagement (CE) and xStore POS, where applicable.
  • Assist with Oracle APEX and Oracle RDS environments integrated into the NetSuite ecosystem, including data flow monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for NetSuite users across all modules, escalating to Oracle/NetSuite support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain end-user training materials, system guides, and knowledge base documentation.
  • Facilitate onboarding and access provisioning for new users; manage offboarding and access deprovisioning.
  • Champion best practices and system adoption across the organization.

Qualifications
  • ***Preferred/ A Plus***

  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
  • Experience with RESTlets, REST APIs, or middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft) for NetSuite integration.
